Lisel, IL – NXT Star Thea Hail has announced that she will now be attending DeVry University in the Spring.
Hail was forced to transfer to another school after the surprise closing of Chase U.
“It turns out most schools don’t allow you to transfer credits from stuff like “Atomic Drops 101” and “Advanced Superkicks,” explained a frustrated Hail. “Right now, the only places that would take me were DeVry, Hollywood Upstairs Medical School, and Greendale Community College.”
DeVry is an interesting choice as the for-profit university has been mired in scandals, controversies, and lawsuits for many years. Just this past year, the school was forced to pay millions of dollars in a settlement with the Federal Trace Commission over misleading and defrauding students.
“I could’ve gone to ITT Tech and learned how to fix refrigerators, but noooooo they had to shut down too,” pouted Thea Hail as she packed up her Chase U dorm room. “Well, at least I won’t be cussed at anymore. That will be nice.”
After thinking it over, Hail started to see the upside of her transfer.
“I have been underestimated. I have been doubted. But Thea Hail is going to get her Bachelor’s degree, get a solid entry-level job, and climb up the corporate ranks of NXT!”
Hail is currently exploring student loan options which will take 50-60 years to pay off.
