Pensacola, FL – Last week’s Thanksgiving dinner between warring factions of The Bloodline was unsurprisingly awkward.
With the Survivor Series battle between Solo Sikoa’s group and Roman Reigns’s faction just a few days away, Thanksgiving dinner was tense. Despite the bad blood, Sikoa, Tama Tonga, and Tonga Loa arrived on time, bringing several side dishes. Jacob Fatu and Bronson Reed helped deep fry a turkey out in the front yard while Jimmy and Jey Uso set up a lovely charcuterie board.
Tensions were high as the warring squadrons watched several disappointing NFL games before the meal. Breathing was heavy and fists remained clenched during the early stages of dinner. Wiseman Paul Heyman dished out stuffing, yams, and green beans in icy silence. Sami Zayn tried to break the mood by reminding everyone that Canadian Thanksgiving happened weeks ago, but was unsuccessful.
The anxiety was finally broken when Heyman received a message from final participant CM Punk stating that he was not coming.
Every member of The Bloodline breathed a sigh of relief. Suddenly, the mood was lighter as the group bonded over jokes and stories about Punk. Laughter filled the house as everyone in The Bloodline agreed to eventually turn on Punk over the next year.
