From The Wrestling Collector’s Card Page and this line of 1993 Good Humor trading cards comes this Tatanka card.
Each card features a wrestler telling us what their greatest moment is.
You know, I really hope Chris Chavis didn’t really say that because it’s such a word salad of meaningless, stereotypical nonsense.
I dare you guys to read it out loud in your best dramatic Tatanka impersonation and not to laugh.
I was half-expecting him to throw the word BUFFALO in there somewhere!
“An eagle may soar, but a weasel never got sucked into a jet engine!” -Bobby “The Brain” Heenan.
I guess the WWE Universe was the WWF Nation back then.
Tatanka! Wrestlecrappy card!
It came down to a choice of this or “that match where Rotunda shoved my headdress down my shorts and stuck feathers up my nose while I was tied up in the ropes.” Close call.
I guess it beats having to say being jobbed out to Ludvig Borga every night for a 3-4 months in mid 1993.
I read it out loud in a Tatanka voice and didn’t laugh… but it sounded ridiculous.
I don’t have my history of WWF dates down all that well, but I’d like to think either Linda McMahon or Vince Russo could’ve been tasked with writing this.
Well this couldn’t offend anyone.
