Up until 2005 Marvel Comics owned the name “Hulk Hogan” and whatever wrestling promotion the Hulkster was working for would have to pay a licensing fee to Marvel. In 1988 Marvel had a little fun at Hogan’s expense. In a short story in Marvel Comics Presents #45 Hogan declared himself to be the “The One, The Only Hulk” unfortunately for the Hulkster the real Hulk and took umbrage with it.
