  1. The Wedge says:

Ouch, and it hurts more than if it did break. I remember watching an ECW match where Sabu did like half a dozen moonsaults to try to get a table to break (it might have been in Japan), don’t remember if it ever did.

  2. The Scanian Maniac says:

Is it just me who miss the tag teams that made the use of tables as weapons their hallmark?

I still remember a quote from the Swedish commentators (who knew little about wrestling) during Nasty Boys vs. Public Enemy:

“They have a fondness for tables. Let them enter a ping-pong hall, then the whole club goes into bankruptcy.” 🙂

    • "The Big Cheese" Paul Kraft says:

      Ha!!! I like that! 🙂

    • BaltoJim says:

If you like tag teams and tables (and late ’90s nostalgia), the Dudleys and the Hardy Boyz are on ECW… oops, I mean TNA Impact every Thursday night. At least until October, anyway.

  3. Autrach Sejanoz says:

Needs more close ups of the tables, followed by Iori’s laughter…

  4. MrMaddog says:

    “Hahahahahaha….I Am The Table!”

  5. John C says:

Bob Holly then dragged the unruly rookie table to the back and slapped the crap out of it.

  6. Doc 902714 says:

Sometimes it’s just unintentional but it still makes the match memorable. When Shawn Michaels dove onto Kurt Angle on the table at WMXXI, the table not breaking added to the match in my opinion. These were two guys that could put on a technical wrestling masterpiece and really didn’t need to break the table to sell it as most over match of the whole night. Just Shawn Michaels sliding off of Kurt Angle and onto the floor with Angle following was an epic match moment.

  7. Cooper says:

Gangrel seems really unconcerned – fixing his hair (at 24 seconds) right before the elbow.
