It Came From YouTube: “Tatanka! Buffalo!”.

Tatanka! Buffalo!

Yes, it’s another classic timeless tune from WrestleMania: The Album. This time it’s Tatanka’s Native American Dance Song complete with a rap (???).

Agent P posted this in The Craphole forum and when I saw it, I knew I had to re-post it here.

Sing along, Crappers!

“I’ve got Native American blood in my veins and I’ll fight!”.

The completely inappropriate and out of place rap interlude is just amazing, isn’t it?

“Bungie jumping”? What the…

What an absolute mess of a song. I’m a little surprised Tatanka agreed to go along with this complete and total mockery of his heritage and people.

If I were him, I’d be more than a little embarrassed by this song.

To make it up to him for featuring this terrible, vaguely offensive song, I’m going to ask you guys to please check out Tatanka’s official website and store where he has some pretty cool stuff for sale including t-shirts and photos.

I hope you buy a thing or two and throw a few bucks his way.

And if you don’t?

This is shit even by the ultra low standards of the album it came from.

Well I had some reservations about listening to this.

  3. THE Jeffry Mason says:

Still not as offensive to his own race as John Cena is to his in Basic Thugonomics

  4. Surfer Sandman says:

I hate the Tatanka character. He perpetuates the stereotype that Indians wear feathers and face paint and dance all the time.

In reality, my tribe saves that stuff for CEREMONIAL purposes only.

    Just had to say.

  5. CBCB says:

Tatanka… undefeated on WWF TV for two years (excluding house shows and the “McMemphis” incident). The NFL’s Kansas City Chiefs are currently undefeated at 9-0.

This song… “Tatanka! Buffalo!”… was posted on the same day that the Chiefs earned their most recent victory against the BUFFALO Bills.

    Coincidence? I think not!

  6. Down With OPC says:

WWE really should have brought this song back when Tatanka returned in 2005.

By the way, has anyone seen the clip of Tatanka talking to RVD backstage with Tatanka offering RVD a hit from his peace pipe? I think it’s an extra from the 2006 Royal Rumble DVD, but I can’t find in online.

I don’t get this guy. I was never a fan of his from when he debuted to when he turned heel back in the 90s, and when he left WWE I really didnt miss him. He seemed to have no sense of humor whatsoever and was always frowning or scowling. Is he always “in character” or something? You know, so that he makes all white people feel guilty about what we did to the planet and the other members of the human race? If so, I’m really not impressed. At least Graham Greene made me laugh in “Maverick” when he parodied himself and his role in “Dances With Wolves”. That’s who Chris should be more like, IMO. And his website refers to him as a “WWE Legend” and a “Hall Of Fame Nominee”. He never got over and he’s clearly still pissed about it to this day. And I’ll bet Michaels and Nash both had something something to do with that, it wouldn’t surpirse me at all!

It reminds me of Electric Slide.
    Tatanka! Buffalo! Boogie Woogie Woogie.
