Crapper Sean Bateman writes:

Twenty Five years ago on September 26 of 1992, Bill Watts recinded his Over The Top DQ, a dumb rule mind you, and swapped it with this POS rule.

Hey, what better way to get viewers interesting and excited about your product than to bog it down with a bunch of nonsensical and confusing rules that don’t seem to have any rhyme or reason to them whatsoever?!

Pure genius, I tells ya!

Way to go, Bill- I’m beginning to understand why your tenure as President of WCW was so darn successful!

Bill Watts must really hate flagrant violations because he uses that term a whopping six times in this three minute clip!

Bad news, Crappers- FlagrantViolation.com is in fact taken… maybe by Bill himself?
