The guys on OSW Review were the first ones I heard slag off Cesaro’s newest ring music. What do sirens have to do with being The Swiss Superman? And the hard rock noise just doesn’t fit his character at all.

Apparently, Claudio agrees!

How has Vince and the braintrust not thrust someone yodeling as Cesaro’s theme music.

Perhaps they should replace the sirens with a cuckoo clock?

I for one really like Cesaro’s theme. Both versions with the sirens. When he went solo as a Paul Heyman guy he had one version and later on he got a different one, which he is still using even though he and Tyson Kidd are a team. I wonder why they didnt do a combination theme that used both of theirs, like with Golddust and Cody Rhodes, Curtis Axel and Ryback, and even Titus O’Neil and Heath Slater. When they became teams they got combined versions of their individual themes. As for Cesaro’s theme having nothing to do with being Swiss, I say so what? At least he isn’t being made to yodel anymore! (Man, that was lame….)

I think it has less to do with just not fitting his gimmick and more to do with being so generic. I mean, that song could be given to anyone. It could be Dean Ambrose ‘s song (because really what does a revving car engine have to do with being a loose cannon?). it just doesn’t fit Cesaro the way it doesn’t fit anyone.

Back when they tried to make his gimmick “WWE dropped the ball with me”.
