Big E’s theme music starts out with the lyrics “3 Ain’t Enough I Need 5” which is a throwback to his NXT gimmick where he would hold people down for a five count. This got him over as a monster babyface with the NXT Crowd and helped him get called up to the main roster pretty quickly.

Big E Langston’s NXT run wasn’t all good as evidenced by this promo where he talks about the number five like he was on sesame street and ends with him throwing chalk dust on Vickie Guerrero.

I bet Big E loved this Sesame Street segment as a kid!

Now I want to see King Kong Bundy, Big E, and The Count all together on Sesame Street teaching kids how to count to 5

  1. Art0Donnell says:

King Kong Bundy used the five-count during his 1995 WWF run.

    Why not a four count?

  3. Mike says:

Ever wonder what would happen if someone kicked out at 4?

  4. Dave says:

I really enjoyed this promo when it first aired, and the way he talked like he was emulating Sandow or something. Unfortunately they dropped that right away and he just talked like a normal motivated face, if at all. Shame.
