Straight from Doug Gilford’s Mad Cover Site here is the back cover to Mad Magazine Issue #272 from July of 1987 featuring Harold “The Killer Accountant”. That’s a full four years before Mike Rotunda came into the WWF with the very similar I.R.S “evil Taxman” gimmick!
